At Paynes Gray, we want you to love your home. If a piece doesn't perfectly suit your space, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Submit a Request
Contact our customer care team or use our online portal to initiate a return with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address for your item.
Pack with Care
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all inserts; items must be in new, unassembled, and unused condition.
Ship and Track
Affix the shipping label and drop off the package at a designated carrier location; keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
